Holiday Break
What is life about for you?
For me, right now, life is about balance —
the gentle weaving of work and rest.
I’m a gypsy at heart; it’s in my blood.
A quiet longing for freedom, movement,
for listening to the subtle call of the soul.
Gathering wisdom through learning, through travel,
through reconnection —
to family, to community, to fellow travellers.
With this small pause from Yin classes,
may you fill the space you’ve created
with something that truly calls to you.
A new language.
An instrument.
Meditation.
Time with those you love.
A reconnection long overdue.
Wherever this time takes you,
try not to lose it in the bottomless well of scrolling
or the hum of endless Netflix.
And if you do watch something,
let it be awe-inspiring —
something that stirs your heart,
awakens your curiosity,
and reminds you of what lights you up ✨
Autumn Classes Start TBA
Autumn is such a beautiful time —
a season for slowing down and reflecting,
for pausing… and noticing.
This autumn 2026, we will lay down a foundation
for deep listening,
for softening,
for letting go.
Six weeks of Yin classes,
gently carrying us through the season
and taking us to the end of May 🍂
WINTER LONG BREAK
How do you intend to move through Winter this year?
We are all different, and we all require different things.
For me, right now, I need to travel.
I’m returning to the continent of my childhood — Africa.
Reconnecting with this beautiful land stirs something deep within me,
awakening a yearning to explore, to roam, to feel fully alive as an adult.
I will also be visiting my family in the UK,
gathering the quiet joys of home, connection, and belonging.
Winter, for me, will be a journey of reconnection —
to land, to roots, to family, and to the restless, alive spirit within.
Spring Classes are back
Springtime — a season of awakening.
A gentle stirring after the quiet of winter,
when the earth softens, breathes, and stretches toward the sun.
It is a time to set intentions,
to plant seeds within and without,
to honor the cycles of life as they unfold.
The days grow longer, the air lighter,
and everywhere there is movement —
buds reaching, rivers flowing, hearts opening.
Spring invites us to step fully into life,
to notice what is emerging,
to nurture what we wish to grow,
and to release what no longer serves us.
It is a time for courage and curiosity,
for gentle beginnings,
for listening to the quiet call of the soul
and following it with trust.
Spring whispers:
“Awaken. Move. Grow. Bloom. Be alive.”

END OF SEASON CLASS - CHRISTMAS class
Last class before Christmas break - Special EVENT -
Class can be used as a make up class if you have missed one this season
Will go for 15mins extra -
Yin is a unique combination of physical, mental, and energetic benefits that many other forms of yoga or exercise don’t. Here’s why it's so valuable:
🌙 1. Deep Release & Flexibility
Yin targets the fascia, ligaments, joints, and connective tissues, not just the muscles. Poses are held for 3–5 minutes (sometimes longer), allowing you to gently open up areas that are usually hard to access — like hips, lower back, and shoulders.
🧠 2. Calms the Nervous System
It’s deeply calming and activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest). This helps reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelm — like a nervous system reset.
🧘♀️ 3. Encourages Stillness & Presence
Unlike faster-paced classes, Yin invites you to slow down, sit with yourself, and observe what’s going on internally. It’s meditative, introspective, and grounding — a real antidote to the rush of modern life.
💧 4. Supports Energy Flow (Qi or Prana)
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Yin yoga is believed to stimulate the meridian lines, helping to clear energetic blockages and improve the flow of Qi (vital energy). Each pose corresponds to different organs and emotional states.
🌓 5. Balances Yang (Busy) Life
Most of us live in a very Yang-dominant world — always doing, achieving, striving. Yin gives you the other half of the equation: slowing down, turning inward, restoring. It’s essential for long-term health and emotional balance.
❤️ 6. Accessible for All Bodies
You don’t need to be flexible or strong to do Yin. Props can be used to support your body, and each pose can be adapted. It’s ideal if you're recovering, aging, or just want to nurture yourself.
In short:
Yin yoga = deep rest, deep stretch, deep insight.
It’s not just a class — it’s a practice in being.
And in a world that never stops… Yin is your permission to pause.
*IMPORTANT = You do not have to of taken part in all (or any) of the classes to do this either. IT will be an amazing class as a stand alone or if you’d just like to try YIN out for the first time. No experience needed as there will be lots of options as always :)
NOTE *** If this is a make-up class please email me or let me know; txt or verbally.. what ever suits ** No PAYMENT REQUIRED

The focus on tendons and ligaments encourages physical flexibility, while spiritually, it invites clarity, vision, and compassion for oneself.
This is your time to ask:
What boundaries do I need to set to support my growth?
How can I promote the free flow of energy within my body and mind?
In what ways can I soften and relax my face, eyes, and inner gaze?
How will I step boldly into this season of renewal and possibility?
And the answers? They are yours alone. This moment is for no one else but you.

WINTER YIN CLASS - THURSDAYS
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is linked to the Water element and the Kidney system—our deepest source of vitality, rest, and inner wisdom. It’s a time to slow down, conserve energy, and restore what has been depleted.
In the circle of life, this season reminds us that stillness is not stagnation—it is essential. Like seeds lying dormant beneath the soil, this pause allows for quiet transformation. It gives us the chance to listen more deeply, feel more fully, and reconnect with ourselves.
This is your time to ask:
What do I truly need right now?
What am I carrying that no longer serves me?
What do I want to nurture within?

“Back to silence. Back to simplicity. Back to self.
There is more to life than the external world.
There is an entire inner universe to explore—mysterious, vast, and full of wisdom if you let yourself be still enough to hear it.
So take a breath.
Be slow.
Be soft.
Be with yourself”
