WHO AM I

Person lying on the floor in a yoga pose with one leg extended vertically against a glass door, holding a round cushion, with a large window, plants, and sheer curtains in the background.

I have been participating in yoga classes for over 15 years, and during this time, I have experienced a profound journey of personal growth and discovery. My inspiration truly comes from my dad, who has been practicing yoga for nearly 45 years and has always encouraged me to explore this practice. Initially starting with vinyasa and hatha styles, I gradually found myself wanting to delve deeper into the various aspects of yoga. I have been fortunate to have some wonderful teachers who have guided me along the way.

THEN CAME YIN……….

I discovered Yin in 2019 through a remarkable Teacher Mysan Sidbo, who had a reputation for being a tough yet insightful teacher, she lives in NSW. Mysan's primary goal was to ensure that teachers she trained acquired a solid foundation in the principles of YIN Yoga. The teachings she shared were rooted in the wisdom and knowledge imparted by Paul Grilley, a well-respected figure in the YIN yoga community.

Another exceptional teacher i had the honour of being trained by is Doctor of Chinese Medicine Sofie Ringstein. She is a highly regarded in Sweden, & she works with the elite police force teaching them YIN . She generously shares wonderful tools and techniques, including Guasha and Acupressure, which I use regularly in the classes to enhance the experience for students.

After completing 300 hours of Yin Teacher Training, (which incorporated a comprehensive anatomy course as well) i’ve continued with additional learnings, including 200hr Hatha training with Power Living, completed a myofascial release course with the esteemed Gabrielle Harris, completed a Level 1 teaching kids yoga course, I also had the invaluable opportunity to engage in a mentorship program with two senior yoga teachers for 6 months. These enriching and exceptional courses continue to empower me, allowing me to enhance my skills and prepare me to share and teach my knowledge and passion to you.

Personal info: I am a 50-year-old mother of four children, which includes two daughters and two stepsons. Balancing the dynamics of our blended family keeps life interesting and fulfilling.

My "why," is to share my learnings and insights with others.

I often forget just how much I have learned along the way and how far I have come in my journey. Reflecting on my experiences reminds me of the growth I have achieved and the knowledge I have gained.

Knowing this is a source of courage, it helps me navigate through my own discomfort, allowing me to transform challenges into opportunities for growth. In doing so, I aspire to become an inspiration for others, encouraging everyone to keep growing and keep learning and trusting in your own journey.

What we sow, we ultimately reaP.

Together we create supportive communities, filled with like-minded individuals, allowing us to lift each other up, inspire one another, grow collectively, and learn from our diverse experiences in meaningful ways.

MISSION

What I have to share is not mine to keep; rather, it is a collection of insights and experiences that I feel compelled to pass on. I am a vessel through which knowledge flows continuously and abundantly.

I am always taking part in trainings and continuously learning, gathering new information and sharing it with others.

This commitment to education and exchange is precisely why I have chosen to keep my prices low. I believe that this knowledge should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background, financial situation, or any other factors that might otherwise limit their ability to participate.

The MISSION is to make this available for everyone.
